This was for a baby shower. Mom LOVES the
U of U so I did school colors and a little U blanket. I had some issues with the frosting but all in all it turned out really cute.

This was just a chocolate on chocolate
1/2 sheet cake, super easy. Decorated
with silks.

It was for a group of kids that just
completed the play for Cinderella so
everyone is getting together for a cast
party.

So this a desert I made for a dinner meeting.
It is a Cranberry-walnut pear, It was SO yummy and looks fantastic! Its not a cake but still

This was for a 4 years olds birthday. It was a very interesting experience. The first cake I made fell apart. URG! I haven’t had that EVER happen before I started decorating it! LOL it all turned out good, My WONDERFUL husband was my night and shinning armor and ran to the store at 8PM so I could start over. I finished about 1AM and woke up an hour after I was supposed to be at work! So my Sweet friend that was probably there 10 minutes early had to wait for me to wake up and to drive the 20 miles to work. Her cute son was SO excited and I even sang the Darth Vader Theme music for him as we showed him the cake. He could barley contain him self. He is so CUTE! Good thing he's four he can't tell me how off key I was. :-)

This not so little monster truck was lots of fun to make. The Big truck and tires are made out of Rice Crispy Treats and the rest of the cake is carved, including the little cars being run over. Vroom Vroom.

Harvest Days..... Fall is here. This cake was done for our First Annual Harvest Festival, for the Community. Hosted by the South Stansbury Stake. The large pumpkin is a cake and the small pumpkins are molded fondant.

This was a very fun cake cake to do. It was for a friends surprise party. She was sworn in as a US citizen today. She is wonderful and it was a lot of fun. Even though she needs a bar of soap for her potty mouth. LOL, J.K you know I love ya!!!
...The flags are made of rolled Fondant and hand painted. The stars and "congratulations" are piped in Royal icing.

This was a fun little (or should I say giant) IPod cake...It was last minute and fun and my son and his friends loved it!

This was my first Big wedding cake... It was four layers and had a 21

inch bottom. It was spice cake and rolled fondant with a butter

cream center. It was a great hit, I owe its success to Gaydean, Thanks for your help!!

This was also a wedding cake I did, one of the first and had over 100 flowers on it, cascading over the sides and on the top of each layer.

This was a fun pan I used to have of a 3-D teddy bear, my

youngest loved Winne the Pooh so this was his 1st birthday cake.

This was the last Wedding cake that I did. I turned out, as you can

see beautiful! The live roses add just the right touch.

This is a wedding cake made of three square tiers.

And is made with beautiful Sunset large roses and

petals. It is trimmed with Golden ribbon. It has

alternating White and choclolate layers.

And is covered in Rolled Fondant and has a

strawberry filling. It feeds up to 175 people.
